Refund policy

Full refunds within 7 days

You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, for any reason. You do not have to explain why. We do not refuse a request within that period because PDF creation or delivery has started or because the product is digital. No physical return shipment is required.

If the PDF is not as described or was not provided

Where Korean e-commerce law applies, content supplied differently from the description or contract may be withdrawn within 3 months after supply and within 30 days after you knew or could have known of the problem. These two time limits apply together. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

Duplicate charges and paid PDFs that were not provided are investigated and corrected separately from a change-of-mind request. A minor's purchase made without the consent required by law may be cancelled by the minor or legal guardian, as permitted by applicable law.

How to request a refund

Email support@duckgustudio.com with your order number, product name and request. Do not include birth details, your private question, private access links, access keys or card information. The seller, 덕구스튜디오 (Duckgu Studio), handles the request and issues the refund through the payment provider to the original payment method.

Where Korean e-commerce law applies to withdrawal from digital content, the payment is refunded within 3 business days of the date of withdrawal. When the refund appears on your statement depends on the payment provider and card issuer.

PDF access after a refund

A verified full refund closes the order's private download access and queues deletion of its private data. Emails already received and files saved on your device cannot be recalled. A partial refund puts all PDF processing for that order on hold until the purchased units are reviewed.
