What do I receive?
One personalized English PDF per purchased item, with at least 10 A4 pages and 5,000 words of reading text. Headings and calculation-reference text do not count toward the word minimum. This is a digital product with no physical shipment.
What happens after payment?
After payment is verified, we email a private Lodestar input link for each purchased PDF. Enter the information required for your topic and give processing consent. We create your reading and email the finished PDF as an attachment, with a private download link.
Can I read it without a Lodestar account?
Yes. A Lodestar account is not required. Enter an email address that can receive your input link and finished PDF at checkout.
Do I need my birth time?
It depends on the topic. Zi Wei Dou Shu requires a known birth time. Saju uses three pillars when the time is unknown. Vedic and Western astrology omit information that needs a known birth time, including the rising sign and houses. I Ching uses your question and a virtual coin cast; birth date is used to check eligibility, not to calculate its figures.
Does every topic use Saju?
No. Self-Discovery, Compatibility, the 2027 reading, Love, Study & Work, and Money & Value use Western astrology in English. Saju, Zi Wei Dou Shu, Vedic astrology, Tojeong and I Ching each use their own method. Read the selected product's description before buying.
How long is the private download available?
Lodestar's private PDF access expires 90 days after payment verification. Save the attachment or download it within that period. The expiry does not delete copies already saved on your device or in your inbox. Shopify order records and required transaction evidence have separate retention rules.
Where do I enter personal information?
Birth details and questions are entered in the private Lodestar form after payment verification. The PDF integration does not send your birth input, question, reading, PDF or private link to Shopify. See the PDF privacy notice and the separate store privacy policy.
What if I cannot find the email?
Check spam and promotions folders first. If it is still missing, email support@duckgustudio.com with your order number and product name. Do not include birth details, your private question, access keys, private links or card information.
Can I request a refund?
You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, for any reason, including after PDF creation or delivery has started. See the refund policy for the request process and your additional consumer rights.
